Total of three law firms instructed on Brazilian club's corporate restructuring
Brazilian football club Santa Cruz is being advised on its corporate restructuring by law firms TWK Advogados, Queiroz Cavalcanti Advocacia and Paurá Advocacia.
The club said it is undergoing the restructure in order to be better able to attract new investment
A ‘pre-procedural mediation’ and ‘conciliation procedure’ have been instigated with the aim of renegotiating the club's liabilities with creditors.
The club said that completing the restructure would mark the start of the process of “taking the team back to the elite of Brazilian football”.
