Law firm has been named as the registered address of Chris Kirchner's 9CK Sports Holdings

Squire Patton Boggs is advising US businessman Chris Kirchner on his prospective takeover of Derby County Football Club.
Earlier this month, Kirchner was selected as the preferred bidder to buy the club.
The club’s administrators Quantuma said Kirchner’s offer "represents the best deal for creditors and one which will secure the long-term future of the club".
Last weekend it was reported that Kirchner has set up a file on Companies House to complete a takeover of the club, with a company listed under the name 9CK Sports Holdings having been registered by an American under the name 'Christopher Stephen Kirchner' – Squire Patton Boggs has been put down as the company's registered address, with their Birmingham city centre office listed.
