Team led by partner Nicolás Tirado advised on sale of 80% stake in club
Colombia-based lawyers from law firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU) advised the majority shareholders of Valledupar Futbol Club S.A. on the sale of 80 per cent of the company’s subscribed and outstanding shares.
Muñoz Tamayo Abogados (MTA) acted as advisor to Societá Sportivo NBF.
Valledupar Fútbol Club is a Colombian football club from the city of Valledupar, Colombia. It was founded on 15 November 2003 and currently plays in the First Division B.
PPU’s team was composed by partner Nicolás Tirado (pictured), together with associates Juan José Castaño, Alejandro Medina, Gustavo Ibarra and Fabio Palacios.
