Law firm is currently advising on Chelsea FC takeover
UK law firm Northridge Law – whose clients include a number of football clubs and football players – has begun a recruitment process for a corporate associate.
The new hire, a mid-senior level corporate associate, will have the opportunity to work on a range of governance, finance and regulatory matters in sport.
Specifically, the role will involve advising on matters such as the financing of football clubs, club takeovers and private equity investment in sports assets.
Northridge Law is currently advising Chelsea FC on its planned takeover by a consortium led by US businessman Todd Boehly.
