Association requires new hire to deal with labour disputes between clubs and players

FIFA is looking to hire a junior legal counsel to deal with labour disputes between players and clubs, as well as solidarity contribution and training compensation disputes.
Other duties will include “revising transfer and employment litigation that are submitted to the FIFA competent bodies, analysing all contracts as well as case law and jurisprudence in connection with the cases at hand”.
The new hire will also have to preparing the decision-making process for the Football Tribunal in accordance with the relevant regulations.
