Report says club stopped paying ex-coach when he was sacked last month

Former Bordeaux coach Vladimir Petkovic is reportedly suing the club after it refused to pay up his contract after sacking him last month.
Petkovic was giving his marching orders in February this year after a 5-0 defeat at Reims.
According to a report in the German newspaper Blick, Petkovic's contract was supposed to run until June 2024.
The same report says that Bordeaux stopped paying Petkovic when he was sacked and that Petkovic has taken legal action to recover monies he says he is owed.
Prior to joining Bordeaux in 2021, Petkovic was coach of the Swiss national team. Before that, he coached Lazio.
